Ultra-luxury 2013 Jaguar XJ

The Jaguar XJ since its introduction in the luxury car segment a while back, has indeed reached the collection of high and mighty like David Beckham who have held on to it as one of his prized processions. And for the most discerning of the lot, the special edition limousine car was also introduced to please them. Now by 2012 end, one would get to see their ultra-luxury XJ sedan, in the ‘XJ Ultimate’ model which will be the most exclusive and renovated version of the car. With new passenger experience and crafted interior fabrication, the vehicle has been unveiled in China, and some of them might even be seen in US but with Black Amethyst color. Limited edition Lamborghini BMC road bike sells for $26,000!

The Lamborghini Aventador ever since its creation a while back has been hogging the limelight of late for its numerous special editions, and thematic accessories dedicated to it. This obviously brings back memories of the J Aural Assault edition,Boeing 787 edition, and even the OMAS pen which was inspired by the tangerine color of the super sports car. Now BMC road bikes, known for its premier sports bike range, have created a limited edition series of cycles, which have been christened ‘Automobili Lamborghini BMC Impec edition’. Using the similar flavour of design and use of premium fabrication, each of these 30 cycles carry with it a price tag of $26,000, and the oodles of style associated with the Italian sports car. MERCEDES CONCEPT STYLE COUPÉ: THE STYLE REBEL

Audi Acquires Ducati

Audi AG is acquiring Italian sports motorcycle manufacturer Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. from Invest Industrial Group. The supervisory boards of both companies have approved the acquisition. Ducati becomes the luxury automaker’s “third pillar” in northern Italy along with Lamborghini and Italdesign Giugiaro.

“Ducati is known worldwide as a premium brand among motorcycle manufacturers and has a long tradition of building sporty motorcycles,” said Rupert Stadler, Chairman of the Board of Management of Audi AG. “It has great expertise in high-performance engines and lightweight construction, and is one of the world’s most profitable motorcycle manufacturers. World’s largest atlas for $100K

We had earlier told you about the world’s most detailed atlas, which we went on sale in 2010, but the now the largest one is on sale too. Measuring a rather gigantic 6ft x 4 ½ ft in dimensions, this atlas will now go on for sale with a price tag $100,000 each. Limited to 31 copies, getting the book printed was a gigantic task just like the physical proportion of the book, as it involved a worldwide selection procedure for the perfect printer, until the order finally landed with one in Milan. A city known for its link to high-end fashion world, will boast of this special creation for Australia based Millenium House publishers, titled ‘Earth Platinum’. (Read More)
